Whenever OEM parts are available for Peterbilt, Hino, or Kalmar Ottawa trucks, that is what we recommend. Items must receive a RMA number from our customer service support before returns are accepted, so call us right away. We accept returns in the same condition they were shipped, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the invoice date. Check out our full return policy here.

We promptly ship your parts once your order is received. Shipping times depend on the carrier, day you placed the order, etc. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days, sooner in most cases.

We also offer same day shipping for in-stock parts.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Pricing and Billing

We currently charge sales tax for orders shipped to Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. All other states are currently tax free.

Tier One - Order total between $0 and $124.99 - $9.50

Tier Two - Order total between $125.00 and $224.99 - $13.50

Tier Three - Order total between $225.00 and $349.99 - $16.50

Order total of $350.00 or more - Freight is FREE!

Shipping rates for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands will be based on weight, dimension and destination of the shipment. On-line orders will be accepted for these shipments and you will be contacted promptly via e-mail with a shipping quote.
