Shipping Rates

To help you clearly understand our shipping policy before or after you order, here are some of the most commonly asked shipping questions. Please call us at 1-888-825-0036 for any additional questions or issues.

Do you have a minimum order?

There is no minimum order amount, all orders from $0 to $109.99 fall under our tier one shipping rates.

How much is shipping?

For most orders, shipping is based on the monetary amount of the order. Shipping rates are priced as follows:

  • Tier One - Order total between $0 and $109.99 - $11.00
  • Tier Two - Order total between $110.00 and $249.99 - $16.50
  • Tier Three - Order total between $250.00 and $499.99 - $19.75
  • Order total of $500.00 or more - Freight is FREE!

Shipping rates for locations including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, and expedited freight rates are exceptions to these rates. Oversized and extra heavy orders are subject to rates outside of the tier ranges.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We use UPS and offer all of their available services to our customers. This includes ground and expedited options.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Rush shipping is available, this is a service you’ll need to contact us about prior to placing your order.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

In stock items are usually shipped the same or next business day.

How long does shipping take?

Order can take up to 7 business days from the time you placed it. This accounts for 1-2 days (usually less) to get your order out the door, and up to 5 days for UPS ground to deliver it to your door. In most cases, it takes less time than 7 days. If you need it sooner, please give us a call for expedited shipping.

Will you provide tracking information?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information to follow. You can also log into your account anytime to track your order.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

Charges to credit cards are pending until the order is fulfilled and ready to be shipped.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. For questions about individual parts on backorders, please call us prior to placing your order.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

Orders sent to different addresses will be processed individually, please call us prior to placing your order for help shipping to multiple locations.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, we offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Rates are based on weight, dimension, and destination.

On-line orders will be automatically accepted and you will then be contacted promptly via e-mail with a shipping quote.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

No, all orders must be sent to a physical address, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APOs/FPOs.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship to other countries outside of the United States.

Do you ship hazardous items?

Do you ship oversized parts?

As an auto parts retailer, of course we do! These parts may not fall under the normal tier schedule mentioned above, please call us prior to placing your order for rates.

What happens if you ship the wrong part?

Please contact us within 3 business days to get a return authorization number to return the part and discuss options we offer to make the situation right.

What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

Parts damaged during the shipment are the responsibility of the shipper, but we will help you file a claim and make sure you have everything you need to get your claim processed ASAP.

How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

We offer a service that goes above and beyond for our customer’s who have fitment and interchange questions. Prior to placing your order, please visit our Ask Pete page to use this free service.

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

If you order the wrong part, we can only accept it as a return if it has not been installed, used, or damaged in any way. It must also be in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days with a RMA to be accepted. If you feel you received a part different than the one you ordered, please call us right away.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

For changes to your order, please reply to the confirmation email, or give us a call. If your order has not been processed for shipment, we can make changes, otherwise, you’ll need to contact the carrier to arrange delivery to a new location.

What if I never receive an order?

With your tracking number handy, call the shipper for an update on the status if you feel it’s taking longer and your order may have been lost. We can help you file a claim against the shipper if needed.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Only orders that require a signature can be refused, if delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to us. We will offer a partial refund less the cost of shipping, return shipping, and a possible restocking fee. If you have issues with your order, please contact us before refusing a delivery.
